This is an extraordinary garage with the best staff around. The staff is kind, helpful, and incredible at fixing cars. Ken and his crew takes care of the car and ensure it is safe. Whenever my kids or I have an issue, we go there. He is honest, reasonably priced, and trustworthy.
I called attempting to obtain tax forms (a W-9) to pick up a vehicle that was there and the man that answered the phone said he didn't have time for it and flat out refused to send one. He said he didn't care if we picked up the vehicle or not and hung up. Extremely unprofessional.
Best local shop I have been to in a long time. They are kind, honest and friendly. I live down the road from the shop and the owner has offered to bring me home when they work on my car. I was quoted twice the amount for a battery at the dealership than what they quoted . I hadn’t been in the shop for a couple years but when I gave them my name and phone number they remembered my previous car they had worked on. If you need work done on your vehicle don’t hesitate, stop at Guy’s in West Suffield.
Needed help with getting my lug nuts loose so I could change my brakes. I rolled in and asked if they could get them loose and they had them loose in 5 minutes and no charge. Customer service like that is hard to find these days
