I was referred to Guy by my neighbor who's been in this neighborhood for years and had nothing but great experiences the couple of times that I have brought my car by now. Does it sometimes take a second because they're very busy? Yes. But I know it by now so I stay on top of it on the phone if I need my car, or wait patiently if I don't. Overall, they're very honest (One time, Guy offered not to charge me for the replacement labor if I brought in my own battery, which he did) and I trust that they know what they're doing.
