Don't appreciate staff mocking my mums name like is any of there businesses. Yes it's here name dont EVER cross that parth.. My appointment is at 10:30 not 10:40 (I have liars) it's after 11 what's the point of another hospital sending me in and all they do is not listen
Shocking service.
ended up in A&E after I cut my hand. the staff were so great all the way through, and Cristina in urgent care who stitched me up was amazing. i'm not great with blood and she was so great and I really appreciate how she looked after me when i was not at my best! Im so glad St Thomas is our local hospital as they have treated me and my family with compassion every time one of us has ended up there.
