Mike is very dishonest. I'm not sure his poor memory is intentional or not. There were several instances of him remembering things different. He tells customers want they want to hear and not what the reality of the situation is. He will tell you he will start work on your vehicle next week and when next week arrives will tell you two weeks. When two weeks arrives he will tell you another two weeks. On and on.
