Terrible experience with attorney Jim Rodriguez. Used him a few years back for help on purchasing my home and ensuring all the private party purchase documents were in order. My home was supposed to be split off of a larger plot, and currently I’m paying taxes on 65 additional acres and it’s been going on for years.
