Good people and beautiful flowers
Wasn't able to show LESS THAN ONE STAR! Got confirmation of flower arrangement for funeral. Because I'm out of state, and I could not attend, found out (2 days after funeral) flowers weren't delivered. After countless attempts to call GFS, finally a lady answered, and she was incensed that I got through on the phone. She said HER SHOP had been closed for over a month, (due to her having a health issue) and I was left without as much as an apology. Will do whatever I can to let people know not to use GUYAN FLOWER SHOP.
The flower arrangement that I ordered was more beautiful in person. This place is amazing. I forgot to sign the card and they called to ask if I wanted to put a message on it. I said yes and the message they put was so wonderful. I would recommend that if you need flower arrangements, contact Guyan Flower Shop. Thank you all so much!
