Terrible doctor. He's jumps to make a quick buck. He doesn't care if both parents consent when it comes to doing an unnecessary cosmetic procedure on an infant, as long as he gets 1 signature and gets $$$, he doesn't care what is ethical. I have already filed a complaint with Advocate, but never heard back.
