Took my Range Rover Sport in for a service and MOT here and the entire experience went from bad to worse. The price went up from the moment we walked through the door for no apparent reason. Charged an excessive amount for front disc and brake pads (£1,200). Quoted for work that was evidently unnecessary (as it had been completed elsewhere a week prior). Arranged an appointment for today with guy salmon as I had a warning light showing . Received a phone call yesterday just to check everything was ok for the appointment and confirm my arrival time for today . Got to the dealership and found they had a new system in place for booking in this seemed to work fine and it was a smooth process . Once booked in I was shown to the cafe where I was served a nice coffee and biscuits while I waited . The check was completed and put right along with a valet all at no cost .
