Update: Was told (in this reply) they would call me but they never did. Plus they dinged my insurance rating even though I TOLD THEM TO WITHDRAW THE CLAIM. Very sketchy. Makes me want to call the state insurance board. I may. This is a very deceptive practice. Still have three policies. I have been a customer of Country Financial/Insurance for many years. My agent moved up in the company, so Michael Gordy became my agent in lieu of him. Called up the agency for an appointment to do an annual review of my financials and insurance. Meeting happened o time, Michael was concise and to the point on every question I had. Review went well, and more importantly, I wasn't left hanging on any issues. solid way to do business!
