Jake and his crew did a large addition for us and everyone on the job site was efficient, hard working, friendly and a pleasure to work with. A few items popped up and Jake offered suggestions based on his experience and was open minded to hearing our suggestions. We met Jake and liked him from the first meeting with him. He is a hands on contractor that truly is focused on craftsmanship. We were looking to build a first floor bedroom. We had blueprints in hand and gave Jake the job. Throughout the entire process he held his commitments throughout. He also provided us with feedback on some changes that he thought would add some value to our project, which we were glad we listened to his suggestions.
