Apparently they have live bands and open up the amenities to the public. No parking and large crowds of people not staying at hotels using bars and pool. I definitely would not consider this place a resort, I thought a resort was limited to people paying to stay here. Don't stay here unless you enjoy lots of noise, crowds and long walks to car.
Beautiful location, grounds well maintained. Room was small, somewhat dirty (found a large cockroach scurrying about and credit card and gift cards under the bed and a Cheeto in the under drawer that was there from previous guests). The carpet was well used from previous stays with other guests and pets. Common areas were well cared for. Some trouble with elevator first day, but got fixed quickly.
