During one of the hardest times our family has faced, the entire staff was extremely kind, helpful, and supportive. We are deeply grateful for everything you all did for our family. A special thank you to Carmelita and Aisha. Aisha went out of her way to make sure the funeral went smoothly, and her care meant so much to us.
My grandmother’s services were held at this facility and unfortunately the experience was disappointing and disheartening. The staff came across as surprisingly insensitive given the nature of their business. The officiant clearly had not prepared he even mispronounced one of the most common names (also the name of a state, spelled the same) which felt careless and disrespectful. The conduct demonstrated by Guy & Allen on April 25, 2025, was unacceptable and unprofessional. My sister experienced significant distress due to their repeated failures to provide proper documentation and her deceased father's remains in a timely manner, requiring multiple trips despite her disability. This demonstrate a serious lack of care and competence.
