I've been using orchard since a child. I have gone for a few different serious issues. With all the doctors on staff, they are never able to figure out what is wrong. They just keep testing the same things over and over again. All that is doing is costing me more and more money because they don't care about their patients and just want our money!!! With all the other doctors offices, acute care centers and walk-in clinics in the Lake and Kenosha Counties, I don't know why anyone would choose Orchard Medical Center. That is, I mean unless you like hearing staff members talking/laughing behind your back (irish medical assistant) or talking about someone you know (since Antioch is such a small town),being taken care of by a receptionist that reeks like she's been drinking hard liquor on her lunch break, waiting days to get a call back on a message that you left, and waiti... read more

If you want to find a doctors office that has familiar employee faces, don't go to Orchard Medical Center. The turn around rate of employees is ridiculous! Everytime I walk in that place there's new employees, which leads me to think that there's definitely poor management going on there. It's also very unsettling to find out that I got charged a whole office visit, when I saw only the medical assistant to draw my blood. You know why? When I lost my previous dr., I was worried I'd have nobody to fill those shoes. Thankfully, I found Dr. Soifer. She is extremely thorough & also a good listener. I felt very comfortable there. Most importantly, she answered all my questions (sometimes 2x)if I didn't understand. I would recommend her to everyone.

Excellent, skilled and trustable.....Dr. Nick is one of the best.
