From my very first day, I was impressed by how kind, respectful, and professional the staff were. Everyone I encountered was consistently polite and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Francis is pleasant, patient, and, most importantly, he listens. I appreciate that he takes the time to hear what I have to say and makes me feel that my concerns are being taken seriously.
Excellent Dr. for real, but the front desk Kayla Nora very unprofessional they lack people skills! Pit bulls for sure! Because of this I choose to seek out another PCP doctor immediately…Beware of the front desk!
