We had bearings go out in one wheel of our Ford Edge. They had our car for three weeks and did not do anything to it. While our car was there, they popped one of our tires. They replaced the tire no charge, but bearings take less than two hours to fix. Friendly people, but incompetent service department. We called them to get updates. They never called us. They should have said the truth and told us they would not be able to fix our car, then we would have been able to take it somewhere that could fix it in decent time. Neve... read more

Had a great experience with Brad and Jon. I was treated with respect and they made every effort to make my purchase smooth. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.
I thought respect and caring was dead in the automotive dealership world. Such a breath of fresh air to run into a 4th generation family dealership who goes above and beyond what the new generation of factory franchised dealerships are doing. Monon is an hour and a half away from me, but they had the perfect low mileage car for my older daughter. Brad is amazing. I highly recommend. I'm having truck issues. He figured where I broke down, sent a tow truck to rescue us, and tried his best to make arrangements to keep is on our way for vacation. I could not recommend thier service anymore. I appreciate the values and dedication to customer service. He made us feel welcomed and like a personal friend.
