Ordered but no way to track order,, call us timer service for help, everything is send an email. I have yet to receive my order or anything concerning tracking. Great price, except for that, I would not deal with them, very outdated way of communication.

Tried to up sell me the entire time. Flat out lied to me about what I could get in what color. When it came time to get an estimate and place an order which took two weeks of me making phone calls to get a person on the phone, they told me I could only get the most expensive stuff in order to get the color I wanted. They are just salesmen and liars.

In June I ordered gutter components. They were delivered promptly and were very well packaged. Although I checked the order for completeness and damage but I did not measure the downspouts. I ordered 3" but received 4" downspouts. I didn't notice the discrepancy until just last week; almost 3 months later. OK mistakes happen. I understand that. But what's important now is that Rufus promptly refunded the cost of the downspouts. That is excellent customer service and I would order from Gutters Direct again without hes... read more
