Roof was new just over 3 years ago. Still leaks - Christmas day it leaked so much that our pots and pans were used to catch water instead of cooking for Christmas. They have been out 3 times to fix and but it very obviously has not been done properly. A just over 3 year old roof, done properly, should not leak at all.
