Played loud music while working on the house next door and blocked the driveway to our lease house all day. Stated he could set up his materials wherever he needed and that the street was public. Told me I could call the cops if I didn't like it and that he wasn't breaking any laws. Had to have him move his materials three times and on the fourth time, the occupant of the lease house was quite upset and words were exchanged. Gonzo replaced the old gutters on my house which was an insurance job on a house I purchased. When he was finished I noticed he had put two of the downspouts on the second story in the wrong place and in so doing he left holes in the siding where the downspouts were originally and I had holes in the siding where he installed the new downspouts at. When I was showing my contractor what he had done (Gonzo was subcontracted) my contractor called Gonzo to tell him what he had done. Gonzo out and out lied stating that was the way... read more

They did the gutters for the house next door, despite requesting them to turn down the music they had blaring so I could work (work from home due to Covid) They kept the volume up so loud that people on the call INSIDE my house commented on the background noise.
