Gutter Pros installed gutters and downspouts on my house in 2021 and everything looks nice… but the inside corners and ends all leak water badly where they caulked the seams. In the winter the gutters leak on the sidewalk and cause ice where we walk. I’ve called twice for repairs - they don’t answer and I have left messages and even tried texting… they don’t call back. Disappointed with them.
Tried to get an estimate for a modification. Waited. Called back and was told estimate was done. Ask how that was possible because nobody contacted me to see what I wanted done. Apparently I hurt her feelings because she said I was being passive aggressive. I guess she didn't like being called out for her lies or incompetence. If you like being treated this way by all means do business with this company. I'll look elsewhere.
They came out got the job done in timely manner, would not hesitate to use again.
