I found this practice through my health insurance provider directory and chose it beause it was in a convenient location. Scheduling an appointment was easy enough. However, on the date and time of my appointment, I waited almost an hour to be seen. The wait time was significantly longer than any wait time I've had at any practice in recent years. Takes forever to get anyone on the phone even longer to see the doctor when you arrive for a scheduled visit, average wait time is 1.5 hours with an appointment. When you do get someone on the phone they will schedule you for multiple visits for the purpose of "reviewing prescriptions". They will not send paperwork or respond to requests or messages from other providers unless you call in directly, in that case they will try to schedule you for another paid visit first. Had an appointment to get results for some tests and waited nearly an hour to be seen. I had to leave without being seen to get back to work. Very disappointed as I don't believe it should have taken that long to see the doctor. Minimum wait times is between 30 mins and 2.5 hours. Just doesn't seem acceptable. More time is spent in the lobby than with the doctor or nurse practitioner and the interaction seems rushed. I'm more inclined to go see another physician.
Doctor was friendly and down to earth. Good bed side manners.
I am blessed and grateful to have found Dr Jean-Charles as my mother's PCP. He has been extremely helpful not only in terms of managing her multiple and very complex conditions but he also made sure that I was knowledgeable about them. The staff is very friendly especially Dr Anne. She always make sure that our every needs are met. The only recommendation I would make would be to reduce the wait time. He is my physician for years and today i cant resist to pour my heart in online review. Dr. Jean charles is a blessing for poor community and he has an amazing and up to date medical knowledge. He hired a new staff and all of them super professional. I used to wait 15 minutes in this office but from last couple of visits wait time is not even 5 minutes.
