In my experience, this company did not include a detailed report or photos confirming the work completed. Around three weeks after the cleaning, a gutter box blockage involving leaves occurred and contributed to water damage in the unit. I was also advised by some residents who were home during the day that they did not notice any return visit for additional roof cleaning. Based on this experience, I would not choose to use this company again.
Daniel was punctual and a professional through and through. Great job done. As Tina Turner said "He is simply the best."
Many unanswered calls and run around with "this is not my area, call ...".then the woman on the phone took my details to sending me generic "quote"as a text message without even a single question on what the problem is or what I need...I definitely won't let such caring people putting holes on my house's roof!
Very disappointed with how dishonest this company is. Engaged to clean 9 factory gutters, they only cleaned 2, then claimed they misunderstood, therefore returning to charge extra. Second visit still did not clean 4 factories gutters, clearly after receiving an invoice gutters were checked by owner.
