I run a log home business most of the log rot that we see comes from water run off from not having gutters or poor gutter set ups, we always reccomend Gutter Solutions for our projects, On my personal home, I had them installed gutters as well. Blake let me set up my own set up for the downspouts he gave me everything I needed after they reccomend that I used the downspouts instead of the rain chains. The crew arrived promptly at 8AM, we went over the work they would be doing, and they got right to work. I would periodically wander around and watch the work proceed.
