so last fall we kept getting water spilling over the front gutters every time it rained hard. not like a little drip either, full on waterfall right over the front door. turned out the gutters were old and sagging in a couple spots and the pitch was off so nothing was flowing toward the downspouts correctly. ROG was easy to deal with. Got the estimate quick, no weird upcharges or anything like that. The install crew knocked it out in a few hours which was nice because I took the morning off work for it. New gutters look way better than what was up there before, the old ones were starting to pull away from the house in a couple spots. Drains good now too which is really all I cared about.
had a section of gutter on the back of the house that was pulling away from the fascia. every time it rained hard the water would just pour over the edge and splash against the siding. called ROG and they got someone out pretty quick to look at it. turned out the whole run needed replacing not just that one section. they swapped it all out and re-secured the hangers along the roofline. no more overflow, no more water running down the siding. solid fix and the price was reasonable for what they did
They handled a full gutter replacement including minor fascia board fixes where rot had started from old leaks. Used durable seamless aluminum, sealed joints well, installed with secure fasteners. Crew worked methodically, vacuumed debris, left no marks on siding. Thorough and reliable from start to finish.
The team did a solid job with our new downspouts and leaf guards. Communication was easy throughout the project and they made sure everything was level. Happy with the result.
