They are not the company they used to be. I would guess that they use cheaper labor. Having one person barely speak English and the other not at all, is a turn off for me when I want the ability to clearly talk with anybody who works on my house. This is important when, as an example, one of them decides to blow out all the mulch underneath one of my bushes into my yard.
