Missed appointment and completely unresponsive. I scheduled a quote on their website and nobody showed up or followed up. I got an automated email remainder to leave a review or call Nate if you had negative feedback, so I called and texted Nate but got no response. I also sent them an email and didn't get a response.
This company was highly recommended but they let me down totally, i text Mr. Nathaniel per his answering machine request on 2 different occasions and he never responded, so I called the company and they made me an appointment for a inspection and they never showed up, so I called and complained and they made me another appointment and they didn't show up for that one either, so I called and complained again and they tried to make me another appointment, but I refused it, because I could no longer trust them, if I could give ... read more
I dont like it this company calling ne and when I call back it say call can t be completed as dialed. And number come up private then vision voice mail say it is a Massachusetts call I get a call like that a again I call attorney general
RGN did a great job with my gutters. What I thought was going to be a simple cleaning turned into a much bigger but necessary repair. They were very patient and explained the situation clearly, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, they also charged me an incredibly fair price, the turnaround time from start to finish was impressive, and also, they were very pleasant to interact with. I would definitely use this company again.
