I had a property with gutters that were failing. I contacted Gutter King to replace them with new gutters to take care of the problem. They came out, replaced the gutters, only to find out that the new gutters were no better than the previous ones. I contacted them about the problem, and they came out a made some minor changes. But that didn't work either. Now they just blow me off whenever I call them again. So what did I spend all that money for if the new gutters don't do any better than the old ones? Can’t recommend TruTeam / Gutter King. They installed my gutters in 2015 and two years later they started to sag. Now four years later they want $450 trip charge to make the correction. Beyond a year they really don’t stand by their product. That’s for sure. Seeing as I’m out of warranty I was even willing to meet them halfway. Nope. No regard for customer service at all. Steer clear of them.
