Gutter Helmets installed 3 years ago, all is great but now trying to reach someone for maintenance. I keep leaving messages and don't even get a call back. What's going on?
Got gutters years ago. Love it. Had roof done over and wanted them to come back and readjust gutter helmet because roofers didn't put back on right. Never call back. It's not like I wouldn't pay for adjustment so who would think it they would come back when it's warrented.
installers Harold W and Derek K were on time.were very polite and informative while performing the installation. they cleaned up the area and completed the job much to my satisfaction. i highly recommend the company and the installers.A++++
