Good communication and workmanship
Customer Service was very poor. I couldn't get a hold of them.
As previously stated by other reviewers RUN, DONT WALK AWAY FROM LARRY RECTOR OF GUTTER HELMET AND GUTTERS OF MID FLORIDA. They are dishonest people. Won't bore you with details, we gave them $1200 of a $1700 job and now we can't even get a return phone call. JOB IS NOT COMPLETE - PROBLEMS!!!! LARRY RECTOR IS A DISHONEST MAN. SHAMEFUL. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT A CROOK IS LIKE, SEE LARRY RECTOR OF GUTTER HELMET. SCAM ARTIST EXTRAORDINAIRE. ALSO STAY AWAY FROM GUTTERS OF MID FLORIDA - THEY WERE IN ON THE FRAUD.
They did a great job. But left nails screws and metal everywhere
DO NOT use this Company, Joe came to my house and measured my home for gutters, soffits and fascia in June 2022. He said everything would be installed. As the date got closer in aug , 2022. I called and was told by Larry "The Owner he could not get the materials. I called Monday August 21, 2022 after several voice mails Janet, the lady at Gutter Helmet's office called me and I told her I Would come down to Get my deposit back. She said she would have to call Larry. In a few minutes Larry Called and said He got the materials ... read more
