Since the Nasty girl Marsha who schedules appointments & the sales man Ed refused to give me the contact information of this company's owner here you go..... I wanted his number so he knows how customers are treated when calling about the work performed. Using this company for gutters has been a regret, after 4 months from installation part of gutter was falling off. I have had Gutter Helmet on my gutters since 2004 with Zero (0) problems. My daughter & a also a friend had them installed. Again Zero (0) problems.
We purchased Gutter Helmet for a patio home which has less roof square footage than a regular home. We paid over $4,000 for it and have had nothing but problems. The most recent is extremely large and thick icicles everywhere that the Gutter Helmet is. No other patio home in our community has icicles hanging from the gutters. I called Gutter Helmet and the person that answered the phone is rude! I would never recommend this product to anyone. Don't waste your money! If I could give a negative star, I would!
They don't stand behind their guarantee and with the cost of product they are very misleading. I've had two roof repairs and paid them to remove and reinstall the system which is required for guarantee and my system was not installed right causing my gutters to rust out. They claim its not their fault the gutters rusted. My argument is this was to be a maintenance free system and during the reinstall was not done right and the stream or flow of water was not checked to keep this from happening. They rust over time. We supply gutters to those who wish to replace the existing gutters on the home with new ones. The replacement gutters we supply are aluminum and will not rust over time. ****** ****** did a great job and I found them to be on time, professional, and reliable. They have saved me from having to climb a ladder twice a week in the fall to clean out my gutters. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone.

I love my Gutter Helmet! I have no trees, but my neighbors do and I used to always get their leaves and pine needles in my gutters. I have had them on my house for 2 years now, and haven't had any problems at all. It's the best investment I could have made for my home. I am so glad my husband doesn't have to climb that ladder anymore.

We had Gutter Helmets installed on our newly purchased home and we couldn't be happier. We live surrounded by trees and this past fall did not have to clean leaves out of gutters :). The team at Classic Home Center is absolutely the best -very professional and they did a great job.
