It's a premium quality product with a premium price tag and warranty. Contacting customer service for help took too long and cost me extra money. Gutter Helmet was contacted to remove their panels while my house was having work done. By the time they showed up I had to have it removed by my GC on the job. Gutter Helmet then charged me almost as much as a competitors fee for a full new install just to reinstall and replace damaged panels. I had a very disappointing experience with Lednor Home Solutions. They performed a reinstallation of the gutter helmet system on my new roof, and the quality of the work was unacceptable. Several of the new roof shingles are buckled and will not lay flat, which can compromise the integrity of the entire roof. Even two weeks later, the issue remains unresolved.
