Done quickly and neat. Cleaned up afterwards. Looks great. Rained heavy the next day and worked well. Can’t wait to see it in the fall.
I had the heated gutter system installed. It is not working properly. I have been trying to work out this issue since January 2025. Today in June 2025 it is still not resolved. I have called customer service 5 times no one answers and you leave a voice message and no one calls you back. I even called the district manager Costen and he too does not answer the phone or return calls. I don’t think anyone works in customer service. They are not willing to fix the issue. I would not use Gutter Helmet.
We had a couple of problem areas that our existing gutters and downspouts couldn't handle. The gutter helmet solution was perfect, it solved our problem and improved the appearance of our house!
I’m a former customer of Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet. I didn’t know that the company had changed ownership and had hail damage to my roof and my gutter guard back in 2024 in April. Unfortunately, my insurance would only agree that the metals were damaged not the shingles. In the middle of my claim I had a leak in my garage roof and they said I had to tarp my roof until they could get out to inspect it. While inspecting our gutter helmet system, Sam Pyers noticed that a few of our downspouts were not long enough and causing water to pool around the foundation of our home. The downspouts were installed by another company and not by gutter helmet. Coincidently, I have recently seen water coming into our basement directly below one of these downspouts during the recent heavy rains. Problem identified!
