We had Gutter Helmet installed the first time in 2022 to keep out pine needles, leaves and whirly birds from maple trees. These things definitely work! No more climbing ladders to clean out the gutters. Now, it's 2025 and we needed a new roof. The roofers weren't careful and damaged our gutter helmet system. I managed having Gutter Helmut installed on my neighbor's house. I am very pleased with Gutter Helmet from start to finish. They gave a competitive and thorough quote and did a great job on the installation. The color matches the roof and paint perfectly. Most importantly, the gutter helmet system does a fantasitc job in collecting rain runoff and putting it where it should go - in the gutter. A very satisfied customer.
Gutter helmet installers and service were kind, efficient and they were helpful to answer all of our questions. We would recommend them to family and friends.
Terrible practice. Had gutter helmet installed with the promise all future repair work/cleaning would be free, "Never get on your ladder again". Our contract says as much. Called to have some cleaning done, they won't schedule the appointment without paying $50. They claim they have made changes to their agreement since we made ours. Then the cleaning/repair team wanted $199/hour. What a huge mistake this was, its my own fault, the shame of which I will bear for eternity.
