I am not the type to leave negative reviews often, but our experience with Gutter Guy has been nothing but disappointing. After spending over $2,000 on new gutters, we were guaranteed as needed maintenance on the gutters for the next year. However, I cannot even get George to answer his phone after calling/texting numerous times. Worst communication ever! You pay for what you get. Go with someone more reliable.
Paid deposit didn’t show up to do work and won’t pay money back. I call this stealing.
Put my deposit down in November and was told 2-3 weeks. George took a long time to respond, but he finally came out and completed the job. Knocked a star due to hard to reach and heard similar stories. But after talking to George, he really seemed to feel bad and sounds like he was trying to get caught up.
Paid deposit on about 9/24 in order to get install scheduled. A week later I had to text and ask for the receipt that was supposed to already be sent. Two weeks later I had to text and asks for my install to be scheduled which was already supposed to be done. The dates arrived, no one showed up, so I texted and received a generic message, "your installation may be delayed 1-3 business days." Still no one came. So I texted about a week later, and was told I would be contacted in two days with new install dates, and I was next... read more
