Completely unreliable, was told they would be here at 9am received a message at 11am that the machine was broken and would have to wait for a part from Melbourne. Rescheduled an appointment two weeks later and was another no show with no message. Judging from other reviews it seems to be a reoccurring issue with this company.

Not a reliable company. Excuse after excuse. Weeks wasted. Got another company that communicates properly. Why promise when you cannot deliver. Just be upfront and say you are too busy. So simple!
