Unreliable. Cancelled on the original day of job due to weather, (which is understandable) however did not bother calling or texting to advise, and sent an email instead. After I chased via email and phone for weeks, I finally got a rescheduled appointment - this was also then cancelled on the day due to a 'family emergency'. Further requests to reschedule were ignored, so I took my business elsewhere.
I recently engaged Gutter Gobbler to clean the gutters, valleys and downpipes at my property in Kallaroo, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team from Gutter Gobbler showed up on time, and without fuss got on with cleaning all my gutters... including ones that were difficult to get to. They also did a visual check of my roof to make sure there were no problems, and there was no mess or sign they had even been there, apart from clean gutters! If I had not been home and seen with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it!
