I had Phil from Gutter Genius replace my gutters and downspouts about 4 years ago. I was not having any issues except for one of my downspouts would not stay attached and since they were old and rusty, I decided to go ahead and replace them all. After 2 years, apparently one of the gutters became unattached from the house causing flooding in my basement. Got an estimate from Phillip, but when I called back to schedule the work, he did not answer the phone. Left several messages, but no one called me back. Buh-bye.
Has always been prompt and has done a wonderful job for us.
