I gave this guy several chances to come out and give us an estimate on some work and he never showed up. I called and he doesn't answer his messages or texts. He did once and promised to be there by the end of a week and still no show. Since then, he has still not returned calls or texts. His voicemail box is full and no way of getting hold of him.
