On October 21st, 2022 around 12:35pm, I was driving north on I-5. I have a medical condition that causes frequent nose bleeds, so I was itching/cleaning my ****** nose. I then noticed the Gutter Empire van keeping pace with me so an employee could laugh and point at me. I tried to ignore, but they kept pace for a while and kept harassing/bullying me until I started snapping photos.
