Excellent job! Showed up a day early and gutters look great. Very happy with the company and the men that came to install.
Nice job or so I thought at first. They ran two downspouts in new locations draining right into the grass without trays to channel water away from the slab. Also they left an existing tray in the grass without moving it five feet to the new downspout location. Another downspout in a different location was run so the water drained directly into the slab. I have called twice, and notified the man that recommended, and still he has not come out and dropped off a small length of downspout so I can fix this problem. I paid 1700.0... read more
The gutters were installed, but the Lead man installed a section of gutter knowing it wasn't on a proper pitch to drain correctly. When I called to address the problem he admitted their was a problem in this section of gutter installation. My question was why did you install and leave the problem then?Their contract states a there is a warranty for one year on their workmanship, yet it has been an on going battle for months to get them back out to correct the situation.
