I was misinformed on the service I paid for. I had brand new gutters installed over fascia boards that had bad spots. I was told the fascia wasn’t bad enough to replace because they were able to screw into solid wood. I have pictures of the wood rot that I have to now replace due to the lack of customer service. The installers showed up four hours late and didn’t seem very personable.
