I've used Gutter Clear a couple in the past to clean my gutters with no issues. Recently I've tried calling several times with no answer. I finally left a message and never got a call back. Real professional
Had a ice jam. They worked on in the extreme cold weather and cleared the roof and ice jam. Very fast and cleaned up the area before leaving.
First time we used them we were highly satisfied and even recommended them to friends. This time was a disaster. Had an appointment scheduled for a Friday, they texted they would be there between 2-4 and they never showed. I called and left a message and sent a text and never received a response until Monday morning. I asked to be removed from the schedule.
