Jim's a great guy. Known him for years. He will do a wonderful job cleaning or repairing your gutters.
An elderly family member hired them for a gutter cleaning and tune up. They foolishly paid up front and the company did not show up on the agreed upon day. Instead they showed up 2 days later after multiple calls were made. To be blunt they were drunk. It was a very touchy situation where my elderly parents chose to not confront them (the "boss" James was cursing loudly at the other guy) and let them do the job.
