I had them install soffit and fascia and they did a great job!
Used them twice. First time great, second time, 1/2 the job was great, the second 1/2 was leaking a gutter. I called, emailed, and texted to have them come and fix it, which was two months ago. Now, I am suing them, and my attorney has advised that they will have to remove everything, repair all holes and any damage to my satisfaction, provide a full refund, and cover attorney's fees. Everything went perfect and timely from handshake, competitive bid, going out of their way to find us custom parts and Troy and the installation crew were awesome. Will be using them in the future for additional projects.
Didn't seal the joint that I expressed was the single most important one to take care of. Now I'm finishing the job by myself. I reached out to them a while back, and they said they would come take care of it. Wrong. They ended up just ghosting me instead. The work they did do was great, but this isn't a way to treat a (previously satisfied) customer.
