The worker had loaded up his ladder in the truck to leave but unloaded it to continue the work when I came out to see what he did. I wondered if I had not come out to check what he was doing he would have collected the money and left. He did not clean up after himself.

I ended up only getting gutter covers on the recommendation of 1 of the owners. That was nice to see a company that wasn't looking to take your money just for the sake of doing so. They were in and out quickly.
When I called, I received a called back shortly affer. Brian sent an estimate over email the same day. I hired him because of his efficiency. They price was good. The secretary called and reminded me of the date and time they would be there. They were there at that exact time. They cleaned up. My husband and I were impressed with how professional they all were.
The President personally came out to review the scope of work that I wanted done. He also told me to call him after the installation if there were any problems, which is always nice to hear. The pricing was good, they cleaned up after they completed their work was done and I would use them again. The girls who scheduled the appointment were great and followed up with an email on date and time of service so I could put it on my calendar.. That was a plus. Thank you Gutter Brothers!

Very professional. Initial cost estimate for the same work was reduced when I discussed a less expensive estimate from another company. Brian (the owner) followed up on the work when it was completed and had a crew return to do some minor touch-ups. Brian had excellent suggestions on how to revise the downspout configuration to eliminate potential problems.
