We had an underground water line break. We didn't know where it was, as our only indication was our water bill jumping eight times our normal usage! After hiring a water leak detection specialist, we had the site narrowed down to a small area. We were having trouble finding a plumber who would quickly help us resolve this urgent matter until we called Gutridge. Horrible trucks Horrible management everything about this place was horrible do not work here run as fast as you can like I did it's not worth it !!! This place is like junk yard ran buy a bunch of clowns 🤡
Called for emergency service at 7pm. Was told that we would get a call back that evening and we did not get a call back until 7am the next day.
