Ron and Tim led the team from Gutridge that replaced our air conditioner and furnace simultaneously. They were considerate, informed us about new features of our system, and were very focused on their work. At the end of the project, they made sure to ask if we were happy with the cleanup as well, and double-checked that the quote we were given matched the bill.
Brad came out and fixed what others couldn’t in about 15 minutes. We had opened-up drywall trying to get access, covered ourselves in wastewater, and just created a massive mess. All of that could have been avoided by hiring a true professional and master of his craft the first time! Thanks Brad!
Two 19 gal water heaters were leaking in the commercial bldg I take care of. Called and expressed concern the second tank was leaking badly, and a dental office was out of Hot Water. Brad Hall and crew was there the next morning, and both tanks were replaced by 1:30 pm. Great work Gutridge team. I've got your card for our next service.
Our plumbing service technician was Brad and he was absolutely wonderful. We had multiple jobs that needed completed in a single service and Brad was incredibly prompt and efficient in his work which was greatly appreciated. Brad also cleaned as he went from job to job and anytime I had a question he was incredibly helpful in his answer to me.
