We were recommended Gutman Vasiliou when we struggled with an IEP being implemented for my kid in prek. Mark Gutman is very easy to talk to, transparent, and never made me feel dumb for asking questions. The way he advocated for our child made us feel very cared for, and felt comfortable throughout the case and hearing. We can't thank him enough for what he was able to provide for our family!! Mark Gutman is the best attorney in New York City!! He is a blessing and an angel sent from heaven the best lawyer for students with learning disabilities and IEP that is not being met by the board of education, which fails our children every day due to their disabilities.
