Last week Efrain and his team worked on our main house. There was a lot to do, and we had interviewed a few companies and chose Efrain because of his knowledge and the price was very reasonable compared to some other quotes. Our house went through the 3rd exterior paint work over the last 25 years. About 1/3 of the area is wood siding which needs substantial preparation work. Gutierrez's work is the best among the previous two. We are very satisfied.
