Be prepared to spend your entire day here. Ive been here for 2 hours and I still cant leave. Dr.Hernandez is rude and abrupt never lets you speak or explain your needs. Not a good place for the LGBTQ community or anyone that isnt Hispanic. Definitely more favoritism towards patients with a spanish speaking background. Go someplace else not worth the hassle here. No medical records were ever given to us after requesting them several times. They did not bother to place in their portal. Doctor does not give referrals when he should. Instead feels he can treat situations that are out his area of expertise. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service. Expects to treat people via through a web call. Lied about provided a referral to another doctor office.
Zero star actually . He don't care about patients only 10 min in his office and he didn't believe what i was saying to him. Not a good doctor.. period
