I understand the reasoning behind drive through appointments, but when it is 95 degrees outside you need to speed up your service, there should be no reason to have your patients sitting in the sweltering heat an hour after their appointment time & the only thing done is they are checked in with reception.
Dr Aguayo is a very good Dr he takes the time to explain you whats going on with your health, if you have any questions you can always ask him and he will give you an answer, he makes you feel very comfortable in your visits, i personally took care of my 2 pregnancy's with him and i will do it again, i think by my experience he is one of the best OB/GYN Drs in EP. He always thinks on whats better for the patient. we Thank you Dr for been in town to provide health care on out community.
Poor skills. Doesn’t perform examinations. Office staff is clueless. Poor all around.
He has a very rough bed side manner. I had a hysterectomy and only one of my ovaries should have been removed but took it upon himself to remove both. Afterwards he didn’t leave someone thing to drain excess fluid. I returned to ER when my incision started bleeding and he cut the stitches and started squeezing my incision. He listed my er visit as something else, no that I had a blood clot which was what he said caused the bleeding. My father is a CANCER patient and his doctor is a specialists in San Antonio, TX. There is a lot of travel involved due to, his condition. In order to ease the travel, He decided to go to Dr. Trevino's office for lab work. Sonia and Roxy advised that they would timely send his lab results. He arrived to his doctor's appointment in San Antonio and he was notified that no results were secured. Long story short, Roxy did NOT perform the requested results. PEOPLE'S LIFE'S ARE IN JEOPARDY!
Wait is long, but its worth it due to the fact of the attention you get. He is very attentive and professional with his patience. Would hilgh recommend.
I went to go pull out my blood and was supposed to get three refills one for each month all this time I thought I had my refills until I contact CVS and they told me that these people never called in the refills now I got to go back and make another appointment these people don't do their jobs right they keep on messing up too much
Save yourself some time and grief and look elsewhere. My mother has been going to this doctor several times and it's always a very unpleasant experience. The man treats you like a number and not a patient. Wait times are easily over 2-3hrs every time. Does not care one bit about your concerns, does not explain anything, and is very dismissive. It's obvious he is in a rush to do the minimum to collect his dues and get to the next patient.
If you want a doctor that tells you to look up your diagnosis on google, this is the one to go to.
