Not answering the phone, no on in the office supposedly out “managing the property” or something like that. No one answered, no one came to the office, had a uhaul ready to go and unload, but took my money elsewhere. Very bad business practices going on here 👎👎👎👎👎 Pathetic update over a month late. I called to get help and understanding why my card was charged three times the amount that was quoted to me. Jeri refused to speak with me because my Fiance was the one who picked the truck up even though the reservation and the credit card they charged were mine.
