Excellent experience. Rented UHaul Trailer. Quick and Easy checkout, great communication, smooth dropoff. Very nice facility and people. Highly recommend. Would rent from them again.
Staff is exceedingly helpful and nice. As a Uhaul dealer they have a wide range of equipment available. Can reserve on the Uhaul app & choose Guthrie's on west 72 in Madison. You'll be as happy as I was that you did!!! Definitely 5 star service at this location!!!
Becky just helped me with my long distance move and she is an absolute gem! I had so many questions about renting a truck and using the auto transport and she worked tirelessly to secure the right truck snd showed me how to put my car on the transport. She went out of her way to make sure my truck was available, ready and clean. She even gave me tips on driving with the auto transport and. She is dedicated and has such a caring spirit. She relieved a lot of my stress!!

I reserved a U-Haul truck 3 weeks in advance at this location. Less than 24 hours before my scheduled pick-up, Brittney and Melissa rebooked me and changed the pick-up time, claiming central booking made the change — which was not true. They later said someone else reserved the vehicle before me. Because of this, I would have been stuck paying movers for 1½ hours of wasted time with no truck.
